Who owns Saeco
The Saeco brand was acquired by Philips in July 2009. In 2017, Philips sold the professional and vending division of Saeco (including the Gaggia professional brand) to N&W Global Vending S.p.A., an Italian company formed from the integration of Necta and Wittenborg. Later in 2017, N&W Global Vending rebranded as the Evoca Group, which today operates as a major international player in professional coffee and vending solutions, with production facilities including the historic site in Gaggio Montano near Bologna, Italy.
The domestic (home) coffee machine division of Saeco remained part of Philips’ consumer appliance business. This business was later separated from Philips and is now operated under the Versuni Group, a Dutch home appliances company that licenses and manages the Philips, Saeco, and Gaggia consumer brands for domestic coffee machines and appliances.
